Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Bekrol. We may update the terms by posting a new version here and changing the date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

You must be 16 or older and able to form a binding contract. Brands confirm they are authorised to act for the organisation they represent.

• You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account, unless approved.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

• You may apply to public campaigns; brands approve or decline.
• Commission: you earn a percentage or flat amount per tracked sale inside the campaign’s attribution window (7–30 days).
• Clipping: you earn per 1,000 verified views on approved submissions; views are read from the platform APIs.
• Follow the campaign brief and disclosure rules. Brand assets may only be used as the brief allows.

• Fund campaigns before they go live. Budget caps are enforced.
• Approve or decline clip submissions before views are paid.
• Do not misrepresent terms, caps or attribution windows to creators.

• The platform takes 0% of creator earnings. Brands pay the platform fee.
• Earnings enter a holds and clearing window (for example 7 days for clipping, 14 days for commission) to absorb refunds.
• Minimum withdrawal is KES 50. Payouts go to mobile money or bank; you supply accurate payout details.
• Refunded or reversed sales inside the window reverse the related commission.
• Contact submissions carry no fee.

You retain the rights to your content. By posting a clip or campaign asset you grant Bekrol a licence to host, display and analyse it in order to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to post it and that it does not infringe, mislead or break the law.

Bekrol’s site, code and marks are ours. Do not copy or scrape at scale without permission.

• Fake views, clicks or sales; bot traffic; manipulation of attribution.
• Spam, phishing or misleading disclosures.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, honeypots, verification challenges or payout holds.
• Uploading malware, or content that is illegal or breaks platform rules.

You may delete your account in Settings, with a 7-day grace period to cancel. We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud or legal requirement. On termination, campaign access and unpaid holds are handled under the payout and refund rules in place at the time.

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee sales, views or earnings. Platform availability and third-party APIs may affect tracking and payouts.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bekrol’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Kenyan law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless the law requires otherwise.
