Fund the brief.
Watch it run.
Open a campaign, cap the spend, approve every clip, and pay one invoice. The tracking, the payouts and the accounting run underneath it.

Controls that hold up in a finance review
Sign-off before spend
No clip touches your budget until your team approves the video in the review queue.
A cap that actually holds
Set the ceiling once. When it is reached the campaign pauses itself. No overrun invoice.
One invoice per month
You fund once. Finance receives a single consolidated tax invoice instead of a pile of creator payments.
Views read from the platform
Engagement is pulled server-to-server from the platform APIs. You never pay against a creator screenshot.
Return windows respected
Commission holds for 14 to 30 days to match your store policy. Refunded orders release the commission back to budget.
No retainer, no lock-in
Test one product launch for two weeks or run a permanent storefront. Stop whenever the numbers stop working.
Run of show
Write the brief and set the ceiling
Say what to feature, what to avoid, and the total you are willing to spend. Choose per thousand verified views, per sale, or both on the same post.
Creators apply, you approve
Applications land in one queue with the creator's audience and past performance. Approve the clip or send it back with a note. Nothing runs unapproved.
Tracking and payout run themselves
Approved content goes live. Views are audited through the platform APIs, sales are tracked through links and codes, and payouts disburse from the funded balance.
Size the pilot before you sign
Run a ceiling and a rate through the same arithmetic the platform uses. If the numbers do not earn their place, do not fund them.
What a budget buys
Illustrative only. Real reach depends on the brief and the creators who pick it up.

Merchant questions
- How do we keep brand safety with creator-made content?
- Every brief carries your disclaimers, dos and forbidden topics. Drafts must be submitted for sign-off inside the dashboard before they can earn from your budget, and you can decline with one action.
- How are view counts verified?
- We integrate with platform APIs and pull engagement server-to-server. Views flagged for unnatural traffic are held for audit instead of paid.
- How does this work for our finance team?
- You enter one agreement with Bekrol as vendor of record, fund a campaign balance by transfer or card, and receive one consolidated tax invoice each billing cycle. Individual creator payments never touch your accounts payable.
- What happens when a customer returns an order?
- Affiliate commission holds for a configurable window that mirrors your returns policy, typically 14 or 30 days. A refunded or cancelled order voids that commission and releases it back to your campaign balance.
- Can we start small?
- Most brands open with a pilot between KES 20,000 and KES 50,000 to gauge creator response and baseline conversion before scaling the ceiling.
