Before you send

How long does setup take?
A brand can open an account, write a brief and fund a pilot the same day. Creator accounts take about a minute.
What does it cost a brand?
A take-rate on what creators earn from your campaign. Campaign, merchant and platform rates resolve in that order, and the rate is visible before you fund anything.
Do you take anything from creators?
No. If a brief says KES 480 per 1,000 views, the creator receives KES 480. The brand pays the platform fee.
Which markets do you support?
Kenya today, with payouts in KES. Broader mobile-money coverage is on the roadmap; ask us where it currently stands.
How are refunds and disputes handled?
Commission holds for the brand's return window, usually 14 to 30 days. A refunded order releases that commission back to the campaign. Disputes can be raised by either side.
How is my contact information handled?
It is used to reply and follow up only. Submissions are kept up to 365 days and IPs are anonymised after 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
